What water and power access is required?
No water or power is required since all work will be done in a dedicated shop optimized to getting your ride back to its original premier feel.
How does weather affect your schedule?
We operate rain or shine. However, we will not proceed with exterior detailing if the temperature drops below 35°F or if the vehicle is covered in heavy rain. Interior refreshes can be performed in any weather condition.
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to our pick up and drop off service we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours, a 25% service fee will be applied to the booking. We prioritize our clients' time and availability.
How long does each service typically take?
Exterior detailing sessions generally take 1 to 2 hours, depending on the vehicle's condition. Interior refreshes typically take 1.5 to 3 hours. We provide a precise estimate during booking. Paint correction and ceramic coatings vary depending on condition and exact service metrics.
What payment and deposit options are available?
We accept all major credit cards and digital payments. No deposit is required to secure your appointment. We offer flexible payment plans for recurring maintenance plans.
