Terms & Conditions

By using our services or booking an appointment with Premier Auto Aesthetic (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

We provide professional auto detailing services, including but not limited to: interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, ceramic coating, vacuuming, and other vehicle care services as listed on our website or service menu.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or approved booking platform.

  • Please ensure your vehicle is in a safe, accessible location for detailing at the time of your appointment.

  • If we arrive and are unable to access your vehicle or begin service due to environmental, safety, or logistical issues, the appointment may be rescheduled or subject to a service fee.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fee.

  • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.

4. Weather Policy

If inclement weather (e.g., rain, snow, extreme heat) prevents safe or effective service, we will contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.

5. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and select mobile payment apps.

  • Any unpaid balances must be cleared before future services are rendered.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with the results, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make reasonable efforts to address the issue. Refunds are at our discretion and typically offered only if a return visit cannot resolve the concern.

7. Damage & Liability

  • While we take great care with every vehicle, Premier Auto Aesthetic is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn materials, or manufacturer defects that may worsen during cleaning (e.g., cracked leather, loose trim, faded paint).

  • We are not liable for damage due to weather or vehicle mechanical issues unrelated to detailing.

8. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a service, you confirm that:

  • Your vehicle is legally operable and safe to service.

  • You have permission to authorize detailing on the vehicle.

  • All valuables are removed prior to service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

9. Photos & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for quality control or marketing purposes (website, social media, etc.). If you prefer your vehicle not be photographed or posted, please inform us in advance.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the effective date.
