At Premier Auto Aesthetic, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We stand behind the quality of our detailing work and aim to provide an exceptional experience every time.
If You’re Not Satisfied
If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly review your concern and offer a complimentary re-clean or touch-up when appropriate.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued only if:

We are unable to resolve the issue with a re-clean or corrective visit.

The service performed clearly does not match what was promised at booking.

A service was canceled by us and cannot be rescheduled.
Refunds Are Not Provided For:

Pre-existing damage, stains, or wear that cannot be corrected through detailing.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Work completed to specification, where no quality issue was reported.

Bad weather or environmental factors (we will gladly reschedule).
Deposits & Prepayments
If you’ve prepaid or placed a deposit for a service:

It is fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

It may be partially or fully forfeited for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
